Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Emergency Food Shop. We take pride in providing high-quality emergency food solutions. To ensure the safety of all our customers, we maintain a strict policy regarding food products.

1. Food Safety & Returns

Due to the nature of our products (emergency food rations) and strict health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of food items once they have been delivered, unless the product is defective or damaged. This ensures that every customer receives rations that have been stored in a controlled environment and are safe for consumption in emergencies.

2. 14-Day Return Policy (Unopened Items)

For non-food items or if you have changed your mind before opening the shipping carton, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.

  • Rations with broken seals or damaged outer foil cannot be returned.

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

If your order arrives damaged (e.g., vacuum seal is lost or packaging is punctured), please let us know immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund for the affected items.

4. Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. How to Start a Return

To report an issue or request a return, please do not send items back without prior authorization. Instead, please fill out our Contact Form. Our team will review your request and provide instructions within 24–48 hours.
